STATE CAPITOL, PHOENIX - Rep. Lydia Hernandez, D-Phoenix (District 29), is hosting two community forums on Saturday, Nov. 9. The first forum will focus on the Affordable Care Act, and the second on comprehensive immigration reform. She will be joined for both by other elected and community leaders.
